WATCH: Apple unveils iPhone 11

iPhone 11, 11 Pro and 11 Pro Max have faster processors, better screens, and new double and triple camera systems.

Apple has launched its latest iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max featuring new cameras, improved screens, faster processors and longer battery life.

Announced at Apple’s headquarters in Cupertino, California, the iPhone 11 series of smartphones carries on where the iPhone XS, XS Maxand XR left off last year.

The iPhone 11, which looks nearly identical to last year’s line on the surface, features a 6.1-inch Retina display, spatial audio to create an immersive sound field around you and new cameras positioned on the back, including a new wide camera for faster auto-focus and an ultra wide camera for capturing more in photos. The selfie camera can now switch to landscape mode and take slow-motion shots.

The iPhone 11 is also getting new colors, including green, yellow and purple.

The price will start at just above R10 000.
