Facebook is “working to get things back to normal” over the WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram outages

If you logged in to one of your Facebook Inc. apps this evening, namely WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook, you would have seen some glitches.

There has been a problem loading files such as photos, videos and Voice notes, which has made users go crazy.

#WhatsApp, #WhatsAppDown, #FacebookDown and #InstagramDown have been trending on Twitter in the last few hours.

Facebook has issued a statement on Twitter saying they are aware of the issue and are working to get things back to normal.

We’re aware that some people are having trouble uploading or sending images, videos and other files on our apps. We're sorry for the trouble and are working to get things back to normal as quickly as possible. #facebookdown

Hopefully Mark Zuckerburg and his team will come up with a solution before people lose their minds.
