The chartered SANDF aircraft carrying 122 South Africans from Wuhan is expected to land at the Polokwane Airport today, Saturday March 14.

On arrival, everyone will be placed in quarantine for 21 days at The Ranch Resort, situated 25 kilometres from Polokwane.

All passengers have been tested prior to the flight back from China and none were positive for COVID-19.

Should anyone begin showing signs of illness, they will be separated in an isolation area.

The roads leading to both entrances of The Ranch are on lockdown and are being patrolled by the army and police.

The mission is reportedly costing around R25 million.
